Individual Registration FAQs

 

The following are FAQs if you have signed-up as an individual. If your question is not addressed below please email us info@sportsmonkey.com

 

What happens when I sign up as an Individual?

Our staff will work hard to either create a team made up of other individual players or try to place you an existing team that needs players.

 

What happens if I don’t get placed on a team?

We pride ourselves on finding you a team BUT it does not always happen. You will get a full refund if we are unable to place you.

 

Can I request to be put on the same team as a friend?

Yes!  After you register just email us who you would like to to be put on the same team with.  It is not always possible, but we will do our best to accomodate your request.  

 

How do I know if I’ve been placed on a team?

You will receive an email notification that you have been placed on a team along with that team’s info.

 

What do I do if I have not received any notifications of team placement and the league is getting ready to start?

We do our best to let you know one way or another if you have been placed on a team. However, if the league start date is less than a week away and you have not heard anything from us please contact Corey at: corey@sportsmonkey.com

 

If I don’t get placed on a team is there any other way to find a team?

Yes. You can go to our Sportsmonkey Facebook page and post a comment that you are looking to play in a particular league and if anybody needed a player or they maybe just need a sub. We’ve had individuals go out to leagues one night just as a sub and end up finding a team for the rest of the season. You never know!
